Representative of the “United opposition- National Council-New Rightists” Jina Kartozia alleges that the elections are already forged as a number of the so called dead souls have been identified in the election lists. The vote casting process was kicked off at 8:00 AM. Meanwhile, the Enguri Bridge (crossing between Georgia proper and the breakaway region of Abkhazia) has been closed since early this morning – 7:00 am. Reportedly, the Abkhazian government is not allowing residents of Gali (Georgian-Abkhazian conflict zone that is mainly inhabited by ethnic Georgians) to arrive in Zugdidi district for voting.
