Eduard Kokoiti, de facto South Ossetian president blames Georgian side in carrying on terrorist policy towards South Ossetia ( Georgia’s one of two conflict zones.

As the president of the self proclaimed republic states, official Tbilisi has no political or legal right to lead a dialog with South Ossetian side.

Kokoiti blames Georgian government of organization in recent terrorist acts carried out on the territory of the breakaway region of South Ossetia.
