PR department of the South Ossetia provisionary administration reports that the security officers of the de facto South Ossetian government prevent OSCE and UN observatory missions from conducting monitoring in the region.

The report says that the OSCE observers were working on the territory of a dump which according to the rehabilitation program must be cobserved. The mission was shooting the vicinities of the dump with a video camera, but the security officers of the Tskhinvali de facto government had a clash with the observers and took off their equipments, including video camera.
