A conference in connection with the Anti-Drugs International Day was held at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel earlier today. The event, organized by the European Union and the United Nations Development Fund (UNDP), was attended by representatives of the Georgian government, Diplomatic Corps and various non-governmental organizations. The conference participants discussed the Anti-Drugs project, which has been implemented for already 7 years in Georgia and that envisages perfection of drugs legislation, prevention and medical treatment of drug addicts. |
