The Appeals Court has rejected the lawsuit of the opposition candidate Mrs. Eka Beselia, who ran in the Nadzaladevi district for single-mandate.

In the complaint Beselia was demanding abolition of the results of 26-th polling station. The judge defined that the video proof and the documents represented by the complainant side was insufficient.
