Lithuanian watchdogs, lead by the East Europe Studies Center, have released a report stressing that the polls held in a just and democratic mood.

There were minor violations but those ones will not influence the results o polls. There were not any serious violation and we can say that the polls held in a calm atmosphere. All polling stations opened on time, and all members of election administration acted in accordance with existed election law. A process of voting was prepared well and member s of election commission fulfilled their duties well', it is said in the report.
