The visit of legendary football player Pele as an extraordinary ambassador of the Football World Cup 2014 is scheduled for November. Pele will visit Georgia on November 23-24, the Georgian sports newspaper "Lelo" said. His visit is connected with the charitable international football tournament planned to be held in Tbilisi on November23-29. The football teams of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Georgia, which will be staffed by players under 21, will participate in the tournament. The organizer of the Tbilisi tournament is the "Fund of culture, sports, tourism and business relations of Georgia" organization. Later, he will visit France, Germany, England and other countries. |
