Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Moscow authorities are investigating reports of a pornographic video display on an advertising billboard in the center of the Russian capital, RIA Novosti reported.
The city government is “studying” information it received yesterday about a two-minute video clip shown on a billboard near Moscow’s Garden Ring road, the state-run news service said, citing an unidentified government official.
The display caused a traffic jam after drivers stopped because “they couldn’t believe their eyes,” RIA said, citing unidentified witnesses.
